Description The Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments (INRCOG) is seeking applicants for the position of Housing Planner. Responsibilities include preparing and administering housing grants, housing needs assessments, monitoring construction work and working with city and county officials, homeowners, and contractors in a six-county region.
Requirements Applicants must have a Bachelors Degree in Planning, Public Administration, Construction Engineering, Industrial Technology or related field. Prefer experience with building construction and/or building inspection.
