The Retail General Manager is responsible for the complete accounting, maintenance, merchandising, fuel desk functions and regulatory compliance of the Fuel/C-Store.

The GM will

  • exemplify customer service excellence,
  • supervise the management team,
  • be responsible for plaza employment and human resource related issues.

The GM monitors local gas and tobacco competitors and communicates these market conditions to corporate.

 
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and move 75 lbs.
  • Significant retail experience in a top tier Grocery, Big Box retailer, restaurant operation, or other applicable retail experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in supervision/management
  • Degree preferred (college or equivalent experience)
  • Must be a strong team builder/leader.
  • Relocation may be required
