Job Description

Seven Step Recruiting provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Training services to the US Fortune 500. We sell proven solutions that help our clients meet large-scale recruitment challenges with a focus on performance, speed, and flexibility.

Headquartered in the Back Bay of Boston MA, we are looking for several new Recruiters. Recruiters are the driving engine of our business, providing the core of the value we can offer our clients.

Seven Step Recruiting is a fast-growing division of a firm with twenty-five years of experience in the Human Resources and Staffing vertical. This role offers a truly unique combination of exposure to both an entrepreneurial and a ‘tried and true' business model, the chance to engage and win enterprise-level business, and significant income opportunity.


Responsibilities:

Applicant Screening

  • Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods
  • Review qualifications, resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to qualify work history, training, education and job skills as related to open positions
  • Handle any incoming inquiries from candidates regarding open positions
  • Respond to hiring manager/candidate requests in a timely manner

Candidate Engagement

  • Guide candidate throughout the hiring process via systematic check-in points
  • Manage candidate expectations throughout the interviewing and hiring process
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship with candidates throughout the process

Organizational Management

  • Conduct online administration of candidate profiles within Client Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage assigned requisitions and candidate flow on a day to day basis



Qualifications:

 

  • Must have a 4 year college degree
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Must have great communication and relationship building skills, excellent problem solving ability, a strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Must be hard-working and extremely motivated in joining Seven Step Recruiting's shared vision of helping our company reach its full potential
  • Knowledge of recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Taleo, is a strong plus
