We need a Training Manager/Corporate Designer to join our winning team of artistic, innovative individuals. You will be working in a fun, upbeat, beautiful, new concept organization. Your first and foremost responsibility is to train our sales staff in modern design concepts to create impressive room displays.

We are a very successful licensee with stores in Seattle , Washington , Houston , Austin , San Antonio and McAllen , Texas .

What you need for this position:

A degree in Interior Design or six years of experience interior design industry with previous sales experience. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point a must.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include effective speaking and group dynamics required. Candidate must be able to multi-task and possess highly effective project management skills and sales skills. Must be organized and willing to occasionally work long hours.

What you will be doing:

Training Manager/Corporate Designer will be responsible for training in all aspects of design working with both employees and customers. The Corporate Designer will be responsible for completion of any design related projects that are for the company or benefit of the company, whether in sales or promotion, as they arise.
