Description Collections/ Customer Service Professional needed (Collections experience required). Come join our growing automotive sales company. We have 3 locations: Greer, Inman and Spartanburg and plan to add more locations in time. As a part of the team you will be encouraged to develope, recommend and implement new ideas that will generate new buisness. Responsibilites are as follows:

Collections
Customer Service
Balancing daily reports
Taking Payments
Automobile Insurance
Team Leadership
State and Federal Compliance
Audits
Excell and Word
Skip Tracing
Customer Relations
Processing Warranty Repairs
Customer dispute resolution
Easily adaptable to new processes and procedures
POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND WORK WELL WITH OTHERS
