Supervisor Project Management
Salary Range
Min $82,600 Midpoint $103,300 Max $124,000 Annually
Progression within the salary range is based on performance for both internal and external.
Job Description of Supervisor Project Management
-
Serving in a supervisory capacity, position is responsible for project management oversight of design, construction and commissioning of large or complex projects.
-
Oversees project management activities including creating and updating project schedules, managing project budgets, managing project scopes, monitoring and tracking project status, and preparing project progress reports.

Ensures collaboration between project management and planning, land management, design, construction, operations, resource coordination, contractor management and supply chain.

Ensures customers, management and key stakeholders are kept informed on project status.
-
Approves projects in accordance with AFE policy and ensure compliance with policy.

Responsible for timely completion of work and adherence to budget on specific capital budget projects and major system break/fix projects.

Directs team activities to meet Team$hare and business area metrics.

Requirements for Supervisor Project Management

Must have a Bachelors degree or equivalent (See ADDITIONAL INFORMATION) ~AND~ Eight (8) years experience in utility project management, engineering, construction, or operations.

Strongly desire 2 years of Electric Utility Experience.

Strongly desire 2 years project management experience.
