Raymour and Flanigan is currently seeking a Home Furnishing Sales Consultant!

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications:

Consultative and strategic approach to building customer relationships

Professional attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Energy, enthusiasm and ambition to flourish in a sales career

Ability to meet goals, deadlines and proven follow-up skills

Progression through our training program (Raymour & Flanigan University)
gaining product knowledge and sales solutions

Comfortable with computers and the ability to learn new programs

Accountable for your own success in a commissioned-sales environment

Demonstrate camaraderie and team-player attitude

Demonstrates professionalism (attire, attitude, etc...)

Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, holidays and occasional evenings)

Desire to succeed within a revenue-driven atmosphere with unlimited earning potential
