Description Will lead the development and roll out of new pay structures to include short and long term incentives.  Will manage an analyst and manage North American and oversite compensation projects for the global business on projects.  Shared services model is used within the organization for Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.  Must design executive comp plans and do the appropriate market research to stay competitive globally.  Support the SVP in stock programs, variable pay plans and other plan design/development design/redesign.
