Adult Nurse Practitioner – Palliative Care

We are looking for an ANP to work in our community based Palliative Care Program.  Must be licensed in Colorado and current DEA required.  Hospice or palliative care experience preferred but not required. 

On-Call Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you a night owl?  We are looking for an RN with Hospice experience. Weekday nights, guaranteed hours, part time position includes possibility for benefits.

Float Nurse (RN)

Seeking a flexible, team player with hospice experience.  Full time position.  Must be able and willing to work a variety of shifts.
