Firefly Legal, Inc., one of the most trusted names in process serving, is currently seeking highly motivated individual to provide support to our office in Mokena, IL.  We are currently hiring for our Customer Service Department.

The Customer Service Associate will provide support by answering client inquiries regarding order status, answering routine questions, routing questions to the appropriate department and providing updates to co-workers regarding orders.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn about the legal field and understand the court process.  Also this is a fabulous opportunity for growth.  We are growing every month and we would much prefer to promote within rather than hire new staff.

Computer savvy (strong skills within the Microsoft Office Suite)

Strong work ethic and commitment to get the job done right

Understanding as to what is necessary to provide exceptional customer service

Track record of responsibility and dependability

Team player attitude

High level of attention to detail

Willingness to take on new responsibilities as we grow

Reasonable commuting distance to our Mokena office

Previous customer service experience

Bachelor's degree or work towards a bachelor's degree
