Member Service Representative [Part Time]

This position performs basic teller functions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, ATM/Debit card activation, cashier’s checks, traveler's checks, mail processing and balancing the teller drawer.  This position will also be responsible for generating statements and stop payment requests as well as answering product related questions and basic IRA questions.  Additional responsibilities include opening new accounts and the cross selling of credit union products.

There are multiple Part Time positions at our branches in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys.

The ideal candidate should  have one year of related experience and education or experience equivalent to a High School Diploma.  Also, at least one year of experience in Customer Service and cash-handling, along with a proven track record of success with sales goals is strongly desired.

Candidates for our Van Nuys location should be bilingual in English / Spanish.
