Description

Certified, registered, or licensed substance abuse counselors needed for adult and adolescent addiction recovery program. 

  • Responsibilities include providing individual and group counseling, education and process groups, and all aspects of treatment planning.

  • Computer knowledge essential and experience with DMH CIMOR helpful.

  • Hours are full time, must be able to work at least one evening per week.

  • Must be registered or certified through the MSACCB and/or licensed in Missouri.

  • Will conduct clinical assessment with client/families affected by addictions.  

  • Will conduct psycho educational group activities and case management services. 

  • Will provide crisis intervention via on call basis.

 

Requirements
  • Masters level in social work, counseling, or related field and licensed , certified, or registered.  Certifications:: CSAC, RSAC, RSAP, or LPC, LCSW required.
  • Must be certified through the MSACCB.   
  • Must have good computer skills.
  • Must have two years experience with substance abuse.
