Store Managers are responsible for sales%2c operations and financial performance for a company-owned service center. We provide exhaust%2c brake%2c suspension%2c alignment%2c ride control%2c tire%2c battery%2c electrical%2c and scheduled maintenance services. %3cbr /%3e

Monro managers deliver total customer satisfaction through quality work done right the first time. Enthusiasm and selling skills are needed to grow sales based on recommending only what the customer needs. Requirements%3a%3cbr /%3e
* 2%2b years of success in retail automotive sales and operations management%3cbr /%3e
* Knowledge of the automotive industry%2c including direct repair experience with diagnostics%2c general repairs and maintenance. ASE certifications helpful.%3cbr /%3e
* Strong communication%2c selling and customer service skills%3cbr /%3e
* Proven ability to lead a team of 3-5 technicians %3cbr /%3e
* Effective time management%3cbr /%3e
* Solid computer skills%3cbr /%3e
* Lifting ability up to 50 pounds%3cbr /%3e
* Flexible schedule to cover store hours%2c including Saturdays%3cbr /%3e
* Valid driver’s license. State Inspection license%2c where needed%3cbr /%3e
* Pre-employment criminal background check %3cbr /%3e
