Healthcare  Analyst – Independent Practice Association (IPA)

Entry level Healthcare analyst position with large Independent Practice Association representing multiple primary care practices in the Middle Tennessee area. Must have excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in Access and other MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.). Must be well organized as well as have the ability to work independently on a project basis including the ability to manage workload efficiently (setting priorities, completion dates, etc.). Must also have excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to interpret and translate complex reporting requirements from executive leadership accurately and translate same into relevant and high value reporting

• Design and create databases when necessary to implement and maintain processes that will make the department more efficient.
• Assist with department reporting and data analysis in Access, Excel, and other MS office applications.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise from existing systems.

• Excellent working knowledge of Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet and Windows.
• Experience in interpreting health care information, preferably phyisican office practices.
• Ability and willingness to handle multiple assignment simultaneously and adapt to constantly changing priorities and aggressive deadlines
• Ability to interpret complex data and develop accurate, meaningful and reliable reports within a timely manner
• Proactively identify and research unusual trends, develop action plans and recommendations to assist in resolving anomalies
