Job Description 

Concentra owns and operates over 300 outpatient orthopedic medical clinics in 40 states with over 400 therapists.  We place a big emphasis on customer service towards our staff and external customers. The same emphasis is applied towards development and ongoing education of staff through continuing education opportunities - over half of our therapists hold manual therapy certifications. We have a strong focus on developing physician/therapist relationships based on mutual respect for each others skill sets. A Concentra therapist will have the opportunity to provide services to the private/group health and Occupational Medicine client as well as providing Wellness services to the general population.

 

Our philosophy is focused towards a dynamic early intervention (seeing patients typically within 1 to 3 days of their injury) functional approach to musculoskeletal medicine. Our focus is on education, manual therapy and exercise based programs. We identify highly motivated therapists who understand customer service towards patients and the employers we serve. Concentra takes pride in the development of master clinicians through focused continuing education programs.

  • Sponsorship for an APTA accredited manual therapy residency program, The Manual Therapy Institute. Commonly referred to as MTI.
  • Funding for ongoing academic education/certifications such as transitional DPT.

4 year (or greater) degree  in Physical Therapy  and state issued PT license REQUIRED
