Director of Marketing for National Quick Service Restaurant Company
Director of Marketing needed for a national Quick Service Restaurant chain headquartered in the Pacific Northwest. The company has over 180 units (franchise and corporate) in 40 states, with the goal of 500 units in the next three years. The position would support the franchise community in carrying out the corporate marketing program. This is not a travel position, you would not be involved directly (on the ground) with new store openings. They are offering compensation between 75-85k and will offer a generous relocation package.
The locations are broken up into two types; those in college markets and those in suburban retail locations. Important things you could bring to the table would be social networking through Tweeter and Facebook, e-mail blasts. They have recently started a loyalty card program. The Marketing Director will report to the Franchise Marketing Committee. They are a young franchise group and understand and appreciate cutting edge marketing programs. (no stuffed shirts)
