International Customer Service Representative

King Systems is a custom manufacturer of anesthesia and respiratory care products. King Systems now offers more than 3,500 circuits and airway management products. King Systems employs people in all areas of operations including: manufacturing, human resources, product development, quality assurance, marketing, supply chain and sales operations. 

King Systems is actively searching for a International Customer Service Representative reporting directly to the Vice President, International Sales and Marketing.  The person in this role will be responsible for providing assistance to not only our international customers but also to the International Sales Team.   Key to the success of the incumbent is the ability to work as part of a multifunctional team, supporting internal and external customers by managing export activities, customer orders, inquiries, and all internal functions as part of the integrated supply chain process.

• -3-5 years of prior experience applying superb customer service skills in a direct customer service capacity is required; international customer service experience is preferred.
• -Fluent language skills in Spanish including the abiity to read, write, and speak in Spanish
• -Fluency in other languages preferred
• -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple functions through the day.
• -While this position will work primarily during standard work day

hours, flexibility on scheduling is required on occasion in order to meet the customers needs.
