Renewal by Andersen, a division of Andersen Windows and the nation’s #1 replacement window company needs people with excellent communication skills to make great impressions and to schedule appointments. We schedule appointments from our database and with previous customers, call-ins from TV, Radio, Newspaper, Direct Mail advertising and people who have shopped our displays at assorted shows/events.

PURPOSE: To convert phone inquiries into sales appointments.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Act as “voice of RbA"; communicate to all team members, customers and prospective customers respectfully and tactfully.
•Fulfill activity plan and appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.
•Communicate using the company-prescribed appointment-setting methodology.
•Obtain and input all essential information correctly.
•Identify (and document in the system) the contact on each call and the full names of all decision-makers along with their wants, needs, desired results, problems and essential facts.
•Question & listen to customers; identify the customer's wants, needs, desired results or problems; re-direct calls to appropriate contact to ensure customer is served appropriately.
•Assume responsibility, including follow-up, for all problem resolution and customer satisfaction within your responsibility and authority.
•Follow up on all voice mail and other inquiries immediately.
•Follow up on all mailed literature appropriately.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Coach & train other Sales Support Representatives
•Other duties as required

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Experience in In-bound and Out-bound Telemarketing a must
  • Must be able to work until 9:00 PM and Saturday’s
  • Part-Time
  • Paid Professional Training
  • Business Casual Attire

Other  Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred
•Strong computer/data entry skills; Detail oriented
•Demonstrated interpersonal, listening and questioning skills
•Customer focused, results oriented; strong work ethic
•Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
