An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrative Assistant and Receptionist to join our established law firm.  We're looking for a positive, entrepreneurial-minded, customer service-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves person to work with our clients. This is a varied position including administrative duties, reception, customer service and marketing assistance.

This role is a vital part of the firm’s success in ensuring the smooth running of the office. Must have experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.  Responsible for receptionist and administrative duties, support to attorneys and team members, typing correspondence, and client file management for a fast-growing estate planning law firm in Sioux Falls. Requirements

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong composition skills.  Ability to set up and type accurately and with a reasonable speed a variety of correspondence, reports and other materials.

Extremely high level of confidentiality

Ability to perform a variety of administrative assignments requiring considerable exercise of independent judgment.

Thorough knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment.

Excellent multi-tasking , organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
3 - 5 years related experience
