ITAC Solutions, headquartered in Birmingham, AL, is assisting one of Birmingham's most upcoming corporations with their search for many high-level Customer Service positions. We are looking for candidates that have a four-year degree and a background in any of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Customer Service, Education, Medical, Legal, Engineering. Daily job responsibilities include, but not limited to: high-volume inbound and outbound calls and following up with customers. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs required. Salary is $30,000- $33,000 DOE and this is a contract-to-hire position.
