Proquis, a global provider of Compliance Management, Quality Management and Business Process Improvement (BPI) solutions is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive who will come in and take ownership of his/her pipeline and quota. This person is competitive by nature and has the drive to immediately demonstrate a pride of ownership as they hit the ground running in this multifaceted role within a growing and fast paced organization. Responsibiltes for this Position Include:
-
Selling software solutions and consulting services to C Level Executives, Management Teams and end users.

Lead generation, qualification and overall pipeline development. Complete sales cycle responsibility.

Selling into new accounts as well as increasing our presence within our existing customer base.
-
Successful overall quota attainment of $600k-$1M + personal sales quota minimum.

Update and maintain records through the use of our CRM system.

Respond to RFI’s & RFP’s.
-
Establish strategy with the presentation team prior to a demonstration, tailoring the demonstration to specifically address the prospects business requirements through the implementation of a Proquis’ solution.

Develop effective relationships with key decision makers within the customer or prospect’s organization.

Participate in general sales strategy meetings; define specific sales plans with sales management.

Develop and execute a personal sales plan.
-
Provide accurate and timely updates to your sales forecast.
Requirements

Requirements for this Position Include:
-
3+ years Enterprise Sales Experience selling software, solutions and consulting services.
-
Documented record of over quota sales performance.
-
Well developed time management and organizational skills.
-
Excellent problem solving skills-ability to leverage common sense, logic and instinct.
-
Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
-
Experience working with regulated industries including life sciences, aerospace manufacturing and energy.
-
Experience/Exposure to Quality Management Standards, Compliance Management Solutions, Document Control, Audits, Business Process Improvement (BPI) and ISO.

Proven ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships with various levels throughout an organization.

Well honed multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
-
Ability to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment.
-
Demonstrated proficiency with the following software programs: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Exposure to Solution Selling methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
