Agents should be able to independently service our targeted clients and foster effective relationships with buyers. Hansons Window and Siding, Inc. values our team of sales representatives and takes they’re training and on-going support seriously. We provide a state of the art three stage-training program that includes both classroom and field training, which will enable you to become proficient in the knowledge and skills needed to be successful. We also utilize supervising and mentoring managers for each assigned service team to ensure that our representatives are fully supported.

We are seeking highly committed professional individuals to represent us in our residential market arena. You will be responsible in running anywhere from 2-4 appointments per day that are provided to you by Hansons Window and Siding, Inc.  Our representatives are expected to earn $75K to $110K their first year with a 10% commission on gross sales.
