HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) MANAGER $115K

Salary to $100,000, Bonus to $15,000

 

This prestigious National Company is an acknowledged respected leader in an industry that is experiencing continued profitable growth in the US.  They can offer you professional challenge, excellent benefits, recognition and rewards for your accomplishments at this satellite manufacturing plant.

 

You will be in charge of all HR functions at their Lehigh Valley location, including hiring, training, benefits administration wage and salary issues and employee relations for both managerial and hourly employees.  You will supervise and direct HR staff.

 

MUST HAVE requirements include a degree and 5+ years of significant HR management success in a manufacturing environment.  The successful candidate will have both union and non union experience.

 

The position is centrally located in the Lehigh Valley area (Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton), within commuting distance of Western NJ, the Stroudsburg area and nearby Bucks, Berks and Montgomery counties (Quakertown, Lansdale, Reading, Phillipsburg NJ…).
