Our Cleveland (Solon) office is seeking a part-time (20 hours a week) administrative professional to join our marketing team and support its diverse marketing and administrative needs.  This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and a strong service orientation and work ethic.  Must have at least three years of administrative support experience.

This person would support the marketing director and marketing team with administrative tasks. He/she would also have ownership of several administrative projects.

Examples of duties:

 

·  Scheduling meetings, conference calls, agendas, etc.

·  Organizing event RSVPs/tables

·  Managing the distribution of newsletters and mass mailings 

·  Ordering and distributing business cards, name badges for new employees, supplies, etc.

·  Maintaining marketing department’s intranet site, as well as niche marketing sites

·  Assisting with PowerPoint presentations and general letters for directors

·  Coordinating seminar logistics (ordering breakfast, nametags, registration, etc.)

 

Requirements General knowledge/skills:

· Prior experience in marketing and/or professional services strongly preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) effectively with all levels of professional and support staff

· Well organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

· Detail oriented

· Being able to work with a team and be self-motivated and independent

· Strong writing and proofing skills preferred

· Understanding of finance/budget management.
