Description
Strong automotive dealership group in business over 50 years is looking for a qualified
Finance & Insurance Manager to sell new and used car buyers financing and insurance programs.
We are specifically looking for someone with a proven automotive or retail sales record with the ability to work with lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers, explain all additional options available to car buyers, and extend warranties and complete explanations of manufacturer and dealership services. We need a strong candidate to work well within our sales team, ensure complete customer satisfaction with all transactions, and understand and compy with federal, state and local regulations that affect the finance department.
Requirements
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license along with:
High School Diploma. Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance strongly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably retail sales, with proven record of managing processes.
Commitment to Exceptional Customer Service
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Detail oriented ability
Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications
Other job considerations:
Selected candidate must be available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
