Multiple and immediate openings for Bilingual and Non Bilingual Collectors!!!
Must have at least 1 year of solid Collections experience in a call center environment. (Stable job history, no job hopping!)
Collectors (Level 2) – Pays $11.09
Level 2 requires 1 – 3 years collections experience
Bilingual Collectors (Level 2) – Pay $12.59
Level 2 requires 1 – 3 years collections experience and ability to speak and write in Spanish and English
Hours: Must be FLEXIBLE!!! All positions will require availability of hours of 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday - Sunday.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Must pass a drug test
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must pass a credit check
Credit Guidelines are as follows:

Candidates in good credit standing
Fail
Any one of the following three grounds will disqualify a candidate:
- Aggregate outstanding debt amount of $15,000 or more arising from “Unsatisfactory Credit Account(s) or Credit Line(s)" OR
- 7 or more “Unsatisfactory Credit Accounts or Credit Lines," regardless of outstanding debt amounts OR
Definitions
An “Unsatisfactory Credit Account or Credit Line" is one that has any of the following characteristics:
· Ninety (90) days in arrears rating or worse
· Collection account status
· Charged off account status
· Repossession status
· Tax lien status
The following are excluded from the definition or calculation of “Unsatisfactory Credit Account(s) or Credit Line(s)":
· Any items related to medical would not be included in the calculation for Unsatisfactory Credit Accounts/Lines
· Any recorded Bankruptcy actions (i.e., Chpt 7, Chpt. 13, etc) or any individual trade line items included in a Bankruptcy proceeding would not be included in the calculation for Unsatisfactory Credit Accounts/Lines
· Any credit lines, liens or collection lines currently showing a zero (-0-) balance would not be included in the calculation for Unsatisfactory Credit Lines
· If a student loan or other credit line having the same account number has been reported more than once, the combined lines will be counted as one line.
