Description

Forge Resources Group, a leader in custom metal forging, seeks a Human Resources Manager for our Rockford Drop Forge facility.




Typical duties will include:
 


    • Manage Safety programs, records, and equipment
    • Support plant management/supervisors
    • Provide training in areas of employee development and safety
    • Provide basic HR/employee benefit information to employees
    • Manage events and calendars, benefit enrollments 
    • Orientation for new employees
    • Assist HR Director with general HR functions
        Requirements


        • 3-5 years experience in a Human Resources role (specialist or generalist) 

        • Payroll experience
        • Above-average computer skills including MS Office and ERP systems
        • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize work
        • Ability to work effectively with employees and management
        • Good judgement, discretion, and confidentiality
