Information Technology Manager

Responsibilites

Manage and Coordinate IT Projects:     

• Manage external consultants for Navision ERP system projects
• Business requirements, definition and documentation
• Process flow definition, optimization and documentation

Systems Specialist:         

• Application management / support for Navision ERP system
• CRM application installation and support
• Training CRM users in the field
• Database management
• Data migration
• System optimization / best practices
• System setup and configuration
• Testing of system customizations
• Planning deployment of new functionalities into the live system

Network Management:            

• Installation and maintenance of hardware to be supported by Channel Solution IT department 
• Manage network issues                             
• Network security to be defined by Channel Solution IT department
• Manage backup / indexing                           
• Phone system administration / management    

IT Technical Strategy:

• Determine IT strategy as related to overall business goals as defined by Channel Solution IT department    
• Execute agreed upon strategies across multiple businesses to be supported by Channel Solution IT department  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
• Ability to excel in a high growth entrepreneurial atmosphere
• Minimum three years experience in project management
• ERP and CRM experience
• RDMS and MS-SQL data base experience
• Ability to manage network infrastructure for growing client base    
• Troubleshooting and user support experience
