We are dedicated to providing the best to our clients and our team. We are currently seeking a Retail / Dry Cleaning Manager candidate to join our friendly team!
Retail / Dry Cleaning Manager
In this critical role, we will rely on your people skills and solid judgment to manager our West 53rd Street store and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Duties include:

Overseeing store and staff
-
Managing the accuracy and efficiency of store associates
-
Provide world-class customer service to customers
-
Working to ensure timeliness of orders
-
Managing performance of 3-4 staff associates
-
Working to continuously improve store efficiency and quality
-
Detailing orders
-
Following up with customers
-
Making bank runs
-
Balancing cash drawer
-
Serving as the go-to person within the store
Hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.
Occasional weekends may be required as needed (Saturday 9am – 5pm and/or Sunday 10am – 5pm).
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will be an outgoing and customer-focused individual. Dependability and a solid work ethic are a must! We are seeking someone who wants to plant their feet and grow with our organization.
