Inside Sales Representative Summary:


In this highly visible position you will have the opportunity to help our client grow their business through contact with customers and prospects in selling freight services.

 
Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative Includes:

A dynamic inside sales representative to be part of an exciting opportunity to build an inside sales center as a strategic foundation for our client, who has demonstrated success in:

 

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Selling services and closing business over the phone to new and existing customers
  • Growing business through penetrating and strengthening business relationships with both customers and prospects
  • Meeting and/or exceeding revenue goals set for the position
Requirements
Inside Sales Representative


Requirements for Inside Sales Representative:

  • A minimum of two years of proactive contact over the telephone with either customers or prospects
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to identify needs and provide solutions based on those needs
  • The desire to double earnings through a performance based compensation plan
  • Excessive drive, commitment and courage to aggressively and consistently prospect
  • Excellent rapport and relationship building skills
  • PC literacy
