Requirements
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related
At least two years of experience in process engineering, process improvement within a dairy related product mfg.
Experience in food, beverage or consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment.
Recognized technical capability, equipment and component knowledge, and practical experience and technical capabilities in the following areas:
- Theory/functionality of manufacturing systems and unit operations
- Continuous improvement techniques
- Statistics and analytical methods
- Process measurement and control
Documented success in improving processes with a history of upward promotion
