Concorde Career Colleges, Inc. is a nationally recognized for-profit, post-secondary education company providing career training in the field of allied health, and we have an opening for a full-time Registrar Clerk at our Aurora, CO campus. Hours 11-8pm Mon-Fri.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain student files/records in a complete, current, organized and secure manner.
  • Assist Registrar with change of status (COS) duties.
  • Assist Registrar with class roster duties.
  • Assist Registrar with transcript duties.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

 



Job Requirements

  • Date entry skills a must.
  • Detail-oriented and multi task individual.
  • 2-3 years general office experience required.
  • Microsoft Office experience required.
  • CampusVue experience a plus.
  • Strong customer skills required.
