The Senior Operations Expert provides support and back up for the store manager while training to become a Store Manager. The Senior Operations Expert is a key player in store success. A strong, proactive Senior Operations Expert can expect quick promotion if desired.
The annul salary range for a Senior Operations Expert is $25,000 to $30,000 based on experience and store volume.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of retail experience. He or she will have experience in supervision of employees. Some computer skills are also required.
