Description
We are currently seeking a Director of Nursing for a five star skilled nursing facility located in the Western Mass.
The candidate for this DON position must have a current MA RN License, Director of Nursing experience in a SNF, strong clinical skills, strong organizational skills as well as the ability to lead the nursing team while educating and mentoring.
The chosen candidate will have a stable background, a solid regulatory record and experience building and maintaining quality census.
