RN, Regional Coordinator of Dialysis Services

Solara Healthcare has an immediate need for an experienced Dialysis nurse to coordinate dialysis services for four facilities in the Rio Grande Valley.  Responsibilities include hiring and orienting staff, scheduling patients and staff, policies and procedures, working with physicians, ensuring equipment is maintained, and adhering to budget.  Must be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and have record of success with accreditation surveys.  Will have 24/7 responsibility.  Facilities are located in McAllen, Edinburg, Harlingen and Brownsville.

1. BSN with current TX licensure and current CPR and ACLS certification required. 

2. 5-7 years experience in dialysis and at least 3 years experience in management. 

3. Must be organized and have the ability to prioritize and use critical thinking skills to make sound decisions
