Retail Sales and Service is a T-Mobile limited exclusive retailer seeking Retail Sales Associates to join our team in the following locations:  South El Monte, Baldwin Park and Lemon Grove, California.

Job Description: We are looking for talented wireless sales professionals who are exceptional team players.  The people who thrive in this position are great communicators, customer-focused, and driven to succeed.  Candidates must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to close the sale.  Our sales representatives excel at multi-tasking, learn quickly in order to keep up with the latest wireless technology, and appreciate a commission oriented environment.  

Job Requirements:

þ                        High School Diploma required, some college preferred

þ                         At Least 1 Year of experience within a sales and/or retail environment.

þ                         Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

þ                        Maintain professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technology 

þ                        Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to teamwork

þ                        Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

þ                        Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

þ                        Meticulous attention to following policies and procedures

þ                        Reliable transportation

þ                        Successful completion of extensive product training program provided to insure your success.

þ                        Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
