The Krystal Company is seeking an A-player multi-unit supervisor with a proven track record of success in building high performing teams, market turn-around, controlling food and labor costs and delivering exceptional customer service in the quick-serve industry.

Our District Supervisor position is responsible for training, developing, planning, organizing, and controlling operations of 5 to 6 quick serve restaurant units. We need individuals who can create a strong team, establish and achieve goals, as well as generate profits.
