Job Description
 PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for posting receivables, preparing bank deposits, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining records and contacting customers delinquent accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure company’s and customer’s assets are properly recorded and current.
• Review customer past due statements, research and reconcile outstanding items
• Maintain accounts receivable logs
• Deposit all funds daily into the local bank.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Ensure payments are credited to customers.
• Must maintain a good attendance record.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Individual will interact with employees, management, sales representatives and customers.
 
Job Requirements
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

High School Degree or G.E.D. required and a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.

PREFERRED OFFICE/MACHINE EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE:

Capable personal computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, printer, fax machine, electronic mail and 10-key calculator. JDE experience preferred.

SHIFT:

The shift is Monday through Friday. Overtime as needed.
