Retail Supervisor

The retail supervisor makes customer and donor service a top priority. This individual leads by example, greeting and thanking all customers and donors, and presents a "can do" attitude. The retail supervisor is responsible for all store and donation center operations, cash control and maintaining expenses within budgeted levels, as directed by the assistant store manager or store manager.

Essential job duties include:

• Develops production and recycling goals. Follows established schedule for meeting goals.
• Ensures cash reports, deposit reports, sales reports, donor logs and production reports are completed daily and/or on a timely basis.
• Coordinates and and monitors rotation of goods throughout the store. Ensure that shelves are well stocked and maintained.
• Follows established standard operating procedures and offers suggestions for continual improvements.
• Ensures customer and donor service standards are met. Resolves customer complaints and investigates quality concerns.
