Basic Qualifications (required) Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
Minimum Qualifications (required) 5-7 years of progressive health care financial management experience. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective fiscal/accounting policies and financial controls, to evaluate and assess the financial viability and legality of contracts, grants, and /or financial award arrangements, and knowledge of government financial reporting requirements and standards.
Knowledge of computer-assisted processes and programs with the ability to qualify and illustrate complex financial reports, comparisons, impacts and/or projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively within a diverse organization.
Skill in arbitrating between and negotiating with individuals and groups of people both inside and outside of the organization.
A demonstrated ability to recruit, train and manage people and set goals, giving appropriate support, evaluating, directing and holding employees accountable, while maintaining high morale and productivity.
Ability to plan, schedule tasks and projects, and maintain control of one's own and others' work flow.
Preferred Qualifications A Master's degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred.
