Monitoring and maintaining status reports of construction/operational progress, this professional will serve as our initial “hand off” point to licensees upon execution of franchise sales contracts.  Exemplifying and safeguarding individual brand identities will involve organizing, scheduling and negotiating Product Improvement Plans (PIPS) throughout the nation.  Duties include educating both internal and external stakeholders regarding timelines and big picture PIP benefits while maintaining effective relations with licensees throughout construction and pre-opening activities.

Reporting to the Director of Product Improvement in Sliver Spring, MD, our selected “I CAN” candidate must possess:

• Minimum 5+ years of senior level hotel operations experience with mid-scale and economy brands
• Understanding of hotel design basics and interpretations
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• PC proficiency and willingness to travel 75%
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
