Description Manages marketing communications team to ensure collective activities are in support of corporate growth initiatives. Develops and implements marketing communications strategies and programs. Works with the Marketing and Sales leadership and company Subject Matter Experts in order to create clear, compelling and consistent marketing messages.

  • Management of the design, development, production, printing, and delivery of all necessary collateral materials to support sales and promotional activities.
  • Manage team of writers and designers
  • Develop, communicate and implement branding visual identity standards and guidelines for all printed materials, web design and other promotional collateral.
  • Own ongoing productivity reporting for department
  • Manage design and content of external website
  • Coordinate communications projects with other departments.
    • Requirements
    • BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
    • 5 years in field
    • Prefer background in Financial Services
    • Previous management experience
