Rewarding Work/Supportive Colleagues/Flexible Schedule

MedOptions is the leading provider of behavioral health services to residents of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maryland.

We are a multi-disciplinary team of nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, physician assistants, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and social workers providing medication management and psychotherapy services to residents of over 400 client facilities.  Our clinicians come from a variety of backgrounds and are provided training and support that enable them to work efficiently while achieving the best outcomes for their patients.

At MedOptions, you will benefit from making a difference in the lives of your patients and the facility staff that care for them.  While practicing independently, you will be supported by experienced clinical managers, regular educational meetings, case study teleconferences, our own on-line forum where you can share best practices with your colleagues and electronic medical records to make documentation easier and more efficient.

We are seeking clinicians to join us on a full- or part-time basis and offer flexible weekday schedules based on your individual needs.  And you are eligible for benefits if you work a minimum of 24 hours/week.

Our benefits include:  medical, dental, life, 401K with matching, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending accounts, continuing education allowance, paid malpractice insurance and employee paid short-term disability and other insurances.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have an advanced practice degree (APRN, RNP, PCNS, CNS, PMHNP, PA-C or similar degree), be licensed in Massachusetts, have a state controlled substance number and federal DEA number (or be in the process of obtaining these licensures).
