We are looking for a Personal Training Sales Director to direct the personal training department. You will be responsible for attainment of personal training sales goals, staffing, development and positive client experience. Top performers who demonstrate leadership ability will have the opportunity to promote to an advance level position.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have:
- Highly self motivated
- Energetic
- Knowledge of personal training techniques from assessments to exercise prescription
- At least 2 years management experience required, experience in fitness industry preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Certification from nationally recognized organization
- 4 year degree preferred but not required
- Successful completion of criminal background check
Location: Milford, Ohio
Compensation: Commission and bonus. First year expected earnings $25K
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
Ability to build relationship with members
Extensive knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design
Knowledge of safe exercise techniques, and potential injuries and ability to handle emergencies
Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Excellent time management and organizational skills
