Restaurant Manager
$48,000 - $52,000

 We are looking for a super-star Service Manager for this upscale restaurant in

downtown Boston. 

The Service Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of hourly staff, having a positive and committed “Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. The Service Manager is responsible for driving sales and meeting established goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience with a full service, upscale dining restaurant along with a stable history and positive career progression.
  • We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of executing local store marketing plans, and is an expert with building restaurant sales in Boston.
  • Candidates for this position should have a strong sense of hospitality, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently.
  • Strong Wine knowledge is a plus for this position
