Millville Tubing of Alcan Packaging has an immediate opening for Shift Supervisor in our Vial Operations. Overall responsibility for the running of a shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. 8 hour rotating shifts. Excellent benefit package.

Requirements
Responsibilities include training, safety training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Two (2) year supervisory experience or a college degree or 4 years Glass Tubing Technical Experience.
