Bilingual Spanish-English District Sales Manager Opportunity:

 

Farmers Insurance is looking to develop future District Managers through our Reserve Field Manager Program. This program allows a candidate to work with a mentor District Manager for up to two years, developing skills necessary to become a District Manager. During this training period, you are compensated with a base salary between $50,000 and $60,000 with the opportunity to reach $85,000 with bonuses. In addition, Spanish-capable candidates receive additional compensation and a $10,000 bonus!

 

As a District Manager, you will be self-employed and oversee a group of approximately 20 Farmers agents. Your main objective is to grow your district through proactive recruitment and training of new agents. District Managers typically start at $250,000-$325,000 gross revenue per year, with potential significantly in excess of that. If you feel that you may wish to build a business based upon the development of successful entrepreneurs, then this could be the opportunity for you.

 

As an approved Mentor District Manager, my role is to help you become one of our elite District Managers. You will be part of a Farmers Championship and President's Council District Team, which is the highest honor a Farmers District Manager can earn, and consistent top 5 District in Colorado.
