Job Description

The position of Healthcare/Finance Supervisor is responsible for operational oversight of products and services for the consumer services group.  Primary focus will be on effective and efficient day to day operations of Attain IVF Program. The Finance Supervisor will assist in the development, implementation and enforcement of operational and financial policies and procedures throughout the department.   

Responsibilities

•                  Responsible for the oversight of financial functions within the department including cash management, bank deposits, credit card transactions, daily and monthly balancing, provider fee schedules and payments, monthly bank reconciliation and the reporting of accurate financial data

•                  Manage provider relations operations by ensuring that procedures are followed and issues are handled in a timely and accurate manner.

•                  Accurately maintain customer database that tracks all relevant program information, including individual progress of patients enrolled in the IVF Program, current Program fees and provider payments

•                  Prepare for distribution weekly and monthly IVF Program reports to team members and management.

•                  Oversee the Provider Relations team





Job Requirements

Requirements

•                  Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or other related field or equivalent preferred

•                  Minimum of three years of relevant experience

•                  Excellent computer skills and strong working knowledge MS Word & Excel required

•                  Previous experience in a management / supervisory role preferred

•                  Ability communicate accurately and concisely

•                  Excellent reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong attention to detail required
