We are currently in need of an experienced Sales Consultant. Have you:
- Sold manufactured homes or other types of housing?
- Closed the sale of homes by meeting with prospective buyers?

Requirements
In order to be successful you must have:
" Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the housing industry
" Willingness to work non-traditional hours. A typical schedule may be Tuesday - Friday 9-6 and Saturday 9-6
" Excellent organizational skills
" Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
" Solid communication skills (both written and oral)
" A current, valid driver's license from the State where the communities are located is also required before driving a company-owned vehicle or before driving his/her own vehicle on company business
