Aaron's brings you into our Management Training Program with your two years of College or two years of management that will help you to master ALL aspects of running one of our stores. Normal progression is to start as a Manager Trainee, than Sales Manager, and than a Customer Accounts Manager. These positions are interchangeable as you train. Your GOAL is to complete ALL of these steps in the training program and demonstrate through EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE you have the skills to be promoted to a Store General Manager!

During your training as a Manager Trainee you will be required to show you have mastered the skills and understand the roles of each position in order to get promoted.

Job Requirements

Two years experience in Management and/or two years of College.
A clean driving record (no more than 3 violations last 3 years).
21 yrs. or older.
Able to pass a nation-wide criminal background check
and pre-employment drug screen.
Available to work 5 days, 40-50 hours per week, including Saturdays, and some nights till 9pm.
Able to lift and dolly merchandise from 50-300 pounds.
